چکیده

Nickel-based alloys are commonly used as protective coating materials for surface protection applications owing to their superior resistance corrosion, wear and high-temperature oxidation. It is urgent study the fundamental mechanism between structure corrosion properties of Nickel-base composite coatings. This paper, therefore, focuses on clarifying mechanisms microstructure influencing acid mechanical characteristics as-sprayed NiCrBSi post-heat-treated coating. The formation amorphous phase flat particles during plasma spray process were studied by using X-ray diffraction analysis, Raman spectroscopy confocal laser scanning microscope at first. Then evolutionary in accelerated experiment directly visualized electron microscopy energy spectrum analysis. coatings lastly measured microhardness friction tests. critical phenomena results help elucidate relative influence features atmospheric sprayed responses resistance, aiming contributing development a technique electrical engineering.

INFLUENCE OF HEAT TREATMENT PARAMETERS,TEMPERATURE AND TIME, ON WEAR AND MICROHARDNESS OF NICRBSI FLAME SPRAYED COATINGS APPLIED ON CK45 SUBSTRATES

The objectives of this research were to find an economical way of reducing porosities in the microstructure of coatings deposited by flame spraying technique on CK45 steel and also trying to increase their cohesive strength to the substrate, so that the overall wear properties of this type of coating can be improved. So several specimens from this steel coated with NiCrBSi powder under specific...
